Brief Biography
Dr. Kimberly (Kim) Fath is the Associate Director for Assessment. Dr. Fath joined the Elon community in 2013 and works in the areas of assessment and institutional effectiveness. Kim earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Mathematices from Boston College and completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education with a concentration in research methods at Loyola University Chicago.
The use of evidence to inform decisions and planning is a common thread throughout Dr. Fath's career. She serves on the Elon leadership team for the university's decennial reaffirmation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools - Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and is a member of the SACSCOC evaluator registry for Institutional Effectiveness.
Dr. Fath lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her family.
