Professional Experience: Dr. Buggs joined Elon University in 2021 as the inaugural Director of Inclusive Excellence for Graduate and Professional Education. Dr. Laosebikan-Buggs provides critical leadership in the University’s and graduate schools’ strategic commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and antiracism as well as collective institutional support of Elon’s growing population of graduate and professional students. Her expertise is in working with faculty, staff, and graduate and professional students in identifying best practices to ensure graduate student success and degree completion.
