Brief Biography

I am Niki Hightower, a dedicated and resilient Service Desk Engineer at Elon University since July 23'. I am a decorated and Honorably Discharged ARMY Veteran who completed six (6) years in the ARMY as an Information Systems Operator / Analyst. Following my military service I continued my education and received an Associates degree in Computer Networking Systems and a Bachelor's in Information Security Systems. I have (1) child, a son age fourteen. My interests/hobbies include fishing, drawing, building computers, and taking trips.

With nearly two decades of experience managing multiple responsibilities, I have demonstrated exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer care skills.
