Tiffany Hughes

Dr. Tiffany T. Hughes is an educator at heart, servant leader and a passionate advocate for continuing education for youth and young adults. A native, of Northampton County, she moved to Greensboro, NC in 1998 and completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. In 2021, she earned a Doctor of Education (Leadership & Professional Practice).

Dr. Hughes has an endless passion for learning. She will bring several years of experience in educational affairs, training and development and business strategy to her role as the Clinical Education Specialist. She has served in various leadership capacities where she has successfully implemented policies and procedures for managing learning initiatives. This included the strategic alignment of the learning function for goals and objectives, training and documentation development, and implementation, and assessing its outcomes. Her quests to professionally train and develop others and commitment to excellence has successfully led organizations to achieving business goals.

Tiffany is the proud mother of one daughter and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteer work, reading, and walking.
