Brief Biography

Tim Norvell is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Elon University.  He holds a Ph.D. in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Georgia, an MMR from the University of Georgia, and a BS from the University of Central Florida.  Prior to entering academia, Professor Norvell held marketing research positions with Motorola, Ford Motor Company, IBM, Sprint, and Applebee’s. He currently provides marketing research and strategy consulting to the service industry.  His research interests include: services marketing, service personnel practices, customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement.
