Meet the IQ at Elon University, a breathtaking Innovation Quad that will profoundly define what’s next on the Elon campus while producing graduates encouraged to find solutions to real-world problems that challenge human survival as a species. The IQ is a place where Elon students and faculty mentors collaborate in what will be a unique center for learning, creativity, research, discovery and design that will fuel the powerful and big ideas needed to answer the extraordinary challenges the world faces today. It will be a place where dreams become concepts that transform into reality.

The IQ will be the home of Elon’s Engineering Program as well as its Department of Physics and much more. It will create a bridge for multiple fields of study, drawing students from all parts of campus into a dynamic cross-disciplinary learning and research atmosphere. The IQ takes Elon’s nationally recognized high-impact experiential learning practices to a new level.
