On behalf of Elon University and the Center for Leadership, welcome to Elon! The Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows Program is entering its 31st year, and we are honored that you are a member of the Leadership Fellows Class of 2024. You are entering a class of 26 student leaders that represent the greatest potential for leadership on Elon’s campus. You have been selected from over 900 applicants based on your exceptional leadership performances in high school both in and out of the classroom. As a Leadership Fellow, you will have countless opportunities to further develop your leadership skills. This program was formed from the legacy of 1924 Elon Alum, Dr. Isabella Cannon, who was the first female mayor of Raleigh, North Carolina. We are proud to say that this program has grown significantly over the years. As your Fellows Director, I am excited to see where your class will take the program next.
Now is the time to begin preparing for Fall semester. On this webpage, you will find helpful information. Below is a list of terms for you to look over and a basic overview of the program.
Please fill out the All About Me Form online by July 10th. This form includes contact information and information to get to know you better. Also, please upload a senior picture or recent picture of yourself that we can include on the website.
We look forward to working with you over the upcoming year. You have a lot to look forward to as a member of the Class of 2024 Leadership Fellows!
Yours In Leadership,
Melanie Bullock Harris – Director of the Center for Leadership
