Core Faculty
Core Neuroscience faculty regularly teach neuroscience courses, are expected to support advising majors, regularly conduct neuroscientific related research, and mentor undergraduate experiential learning in neuroscience.
Affiliated Faculty
Affiliated Neuroscience Faculty may teach select Neuroscience courses, mentor research, or advise students. Their involvement with the neuroscience program is based on expertise and availability.
Neuroscience Advisory Committee
The faculty advisory committee provides support to the director in operating the Neuroscience Program including curricular oversight, assessment, and student engagement, among others. The membership is comprised of 8-10 faculty members that may include core, affiliated, and at-large faculty members from the university. Up to 4 additional positions for members of the advisory committee can be made available for students, staff, or visiting faculty members.
