In order to reserve equipment from the Gear Room, students must complete an online reservation using WebCheckout.
The default loan period for equipment is six hours. If a checkout is made after 1:00pm on a weekday, it is due back by 11:00am the next morning. Equipment checked out on Fridays after 1:00pm is due back before Monday at 11:00am. Students must have a valid Phoenix Card in order to pick up a reservation.
After the equipment is picked up, it is the responsibility of the patron. If equipment is late, lost or damaged, fines will be assessed.
