Accountability Groups

Accountability groups encourage goal-setting, reduce procrastination, and can help you find a group of like-minded students who want to improve their study and learning habits.

What is an accountability group?

  • a designated time and space for you to study or work on assignments while staying motivated and productive
  • weekly, one-hour meetings where you can problem solve with peers, celebrate your progress, and hold each other accountable
  • a group led by a tutor who will be available to give you advice on how to make progress on assignments, point you toward resources, and share strategies to improve your study habits

Interested in joining a Spring 2024 accountability group?

Sign ups for Spring 2024 groups are OPEN.

If you are interested in joining a Spring 2024 group or would like to receive updates about future groups, please complete the Accountability Group Interest Form by Thursday, February 8. We will accept responses after this date but cannot guarantee a spot will be available.

Due to limited space, students will be randomly selected for the chance to join an accountability group. Students are expected to commit to weekly meetings or let the group leader know in advance if you will miss a meeting.

Graduate students, please see our Co-work and Coffee page for accountability group details.
