S’mores with Outdoors

Join us every Wednesday from 9:00 – 10:00 pm for S’mores with Outdoors. We provide all of the s’mores food and the fire, all we need is you! This takes place outside of the Koury Athletic Center on the patio near the firepit.

Private S’mores

ELOA offers private s’mores events for groups and organizations. ELOA offers private s’mores events any day of the wek. Staff availability may fluctuate during January and Summer terms. Please note that requests need to be made at least two weeks in advance, and provide us with a first and second choice date for a Tuesday or Friday. Upon submission of your request, we will confirm your event based on our availability. If neither of your dates are available we will ask you to submit a new form with alternative dates.

Pricing (includes staffing and supplies)

  • 25 or fewer participants: $55
  • 26-50 participants: $65
  • 51-75 participants: $75
  • 76-100 participants: $85
  • 100+ participants: we’ll contact to discuss

Payment for private s’mores events must be made at time of confirmation and in-person at the ELOA office during operating hours using a credit card.
