Asia Goins

Asia Goins joined Elon University in June 2025 as the Assistant Director of Career Services for Student-Athletes. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Towson University, where she was a four-year member of the Women’s Volleyball team and a four-time Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Champion. She later earned her Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida.

During her time at Towson, Asia was deeply involved in student-athlete leadership and advocacy. She founded TU Athletes for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (TUAIDE), served as Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and led programming efforts at the campus, conference, and national levels. Her leadership experience includes serving as Co-Chair of the NCAA Division I SAAC, President of the CAA SAAC, and a member of the CAA’s Family United for Change.

While at Florida, Asia served as an Assistant Coordinator for Gators Experience, where she supported career development, leadership, and community engagement programming for student-athletes. She also served as a liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Black Student-Athlete Council, helping to advance leadership initiatives and student-athlete voice.
