Amanda Traugutt

Amanda Traugutt joined Elon University in July 2025 as the Senior Associate Director of Career Services for the Love School of Business. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings over a decade of experience in career services and consulting to her role at Elon.

Amanda holds multiple professional certifications, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. She has facilitated workshops and presentations for organizations including Bank of America, Women in Healthcare, and the Professional Association for Resume Writers, demonstrating her commitment to advancing career development education across professional communities.
