Brief Biography
Beth Warner, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Human Services at Elon University where she teaches in the areas of poverty, social welfare policy, and social change. She has previously worked as a social worker with people experiencing homelessness and with low-income women and children. Her research is in the areas of community engagement and advocacy, response systems for intimate partner violence and program evaluation.
