Brief Biography

Emma C. Moesswilde (she/her) is interested in histories of environmental and climate change, food, gender, and rural life in the land- and sea-scapes of the Northern Atlantic world, including the British Isles, early America, and Atlantic Canada. At Elon, she teaches courses on the history of food, climate change, agriculture, and global and local environments.
