Belk Library uses data to drive its decision-making to improve access, services, and collections for the Elon community. We report on collections and their circulation (digital and physical), expenditures, staffing, gate counts, reference, and instruction statistics every year. We report statistics by fiscal year (June 1 to May 31 the following year) to the Association for College & Research Libraries (ACRL) and to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) American Libraries (AL) survey.
