The Student Professional Development Center (SPDC) is hosting its Open House, and students will want to be there on Wednesday, Feb. 7, from 3 to 6 p.m.
The Student Professional Development Center Open House on Wednesday, Feb. 7, will provide a chance for students to forge new friendships and expand their professional network. Students can also expect friendly competition and the chance to win fantastic prizes. From professional photos to prize drawings, there’s excitement around every corner.
From 3 to 6 p.m., students can take a stroll throughout the SPDC office to explore all the thrilling educational stations. They can begin their visit at the College2Career station, to learn more about the C2C program, scheduling appointments and earning rewards. Next, students can venture to our business cards station where a student ambassador will be available to help everyone order their very own personalized business cards, free of charge
Guests can even arrive on an empty stomach and indulge in complimentary ice cream, hot chocolate and an array of delectable snacks and refreshments. The team of SPDC professionals will be there to support students in learning professional etiquette, bolstering their LinkedIn profiles, scheduling appointments, getting professional photos, business cards, and more! Whether students are exploring majors, seeking internships or preparing for graduate school, the SPDC has the expertise and resources to help you succeed.
