Jeff Clark, professor of mathematics, attended the annual meeting of the Southeastern Section of the Mathematical Association of America where he concluded his two-year term as chair of the section.
Clark attended the annual meeting of the Southeastern Section of the Mathematical Association of America on March 7-9 at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. At the conclusion of the gathering Clark concluded his two-year term as chair of the section, which includes Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
While at the meeting Clark led a gathering of the Section's Executive Committee, moderated a plenary session, and led a Business Meeting for the Section. Clark will now serve a one-year term as past chair of the ection.
