North O'Kelly Avenue near its intersection with Phoenix Drive, which closed for consruction on June 23, will be reopened to traffic by Tuesday, August 6.

North O’Kelly Avenue, which had been closed from Phoenix Drive to University Drive, will reopen to traffic no later than Tuesday, August. 6.
The road had been out of service to facilitate construction and utilities installation for the Inn at Elon, which is scheduled to open in January 2020.
