Alumni have made more than 100 gifts to the university after viewing Elon's Real Alumni of Genius video, the second in a series of videos this year that will highlight the importance of annual giving. The video was e-mailed to alumni and posted on Elon’s Facebook pages and on Twitter Nov. 4. The majority of the 100 gifts have come from young alumni. So far this fiscal year, 1,630 alumni have made a gift to the university; the goal is 5,655 alumni donors by May 31, 2011.
