Connor Dwyer arrived at Elon knowing he wanted a business career but discovered his passion for human resource management through the wide exposure offered in the Love School of Business. Courses, case competitions, and hands-on roles like serving as personnel director for WSOE 89.3 FM helped him build confidence in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
A senior-year HR case competition allowed him to apply what he had learned, and coursework in benefits systems sparked his interest in the technical side of HR. Today, he works as a benefits specialist at Forrester Research, where he uses the skills he developed at Elon every day.
