- 90% of students are rated as “Above Expectations” in clinical excellence on their clinical preceptor evaluation
- Outcomes
- Outcome data will be available after the graduation of the first cohort in 2029.
- Provide students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to be healthcare leaders.
- Measures
- 95% of students indicate they have increased knowledge in leadership skills
- Students score 80% or higher on project related to healthcare policy or advocacy
- 100% of students have a leadership opportunity during the program, including serving on student-led association mentored by a faculty advisor

- Develop students’ skills to deliver compassionate, equitable care that addresses healthcare disparities.
- Measures
- Students achieve a 90% or higher on the summative OSCE in providing compassionate care for a standardized patient
- 100% of students indicate they have increased their knowledge of the healthcare challenges in underserved populations in the Charlotte area
- 100% of students have one or more clinical rotations in medically underserved communities (MUAs/HPSAs)

- Foster interprofessional collaboration with students from other healthcare disciplines.
- Measures
- 100% of students indicate they have an increased knowledge of skills needed to be an effective member of interprofessional healthcare team
- On OSCE, students score 90% or higher on effectively creating a treatment plan that involves interprofessional team
