PANCE Performance

Major outcomes measures related to our program’s performance include our graduates’ Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) scores and job placement rates.

In 2024, the national overall PANCE pass rate was 89%. The PANCE performance results for the Elon University Charlotte Physician Assistant program will be available in 2029.
