Proposal submissions are now open. The submission deadline for this year’s conference is Sunday, March 22nd at 11:59pm EST, and presenter slots are limited.

Proposals can be submitted using this Microsoft Form.

We invite proposals for the following session types:
  • 20-minute sessions (online or in-person). These sessions are designed to highlight the sharing of a teaching strategy and its impact, and/or a scholarship of teaching and learning project. Note: An additional 5 minutes will be allotted to the end of each of these sessions for questions/discussion, but we encourage audience engagement throughout the session as well. Sessions will be either online or in-person, presenters will not be expected to present in a hybrid environment.
  • Posters (in-person only). Poster presentations are intended to share information about a completed or in-progress teaching and learning investigation or practice and its impact. These posters will be presented in person on Elon’s campus.
Session proposals should meet the following review criteria:
  • Relate to the conference theme in a distinctive way
  • Use literature and evidence to extend the discussion about the chosen topic
  • Appeal to instructors across a wide range of disciplines
  • Include a set of learning objectives and a plan to achieve those learning objectives through participation
  • Explain how might you engage the audience
