Club Equestrian

Club Equestrian (IHSA) is a competitive and welcoming organization open to riders of all experience levels. The team provides students with the opportunity to continue developing their riding skills while competing in Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA) competitions throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Members participate in weekly riding lessons tailored to individual skill and experience levels, along with one weekly hack. The club focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, and creating a supportive team environment for both beginner and experienced riders. Throughout the season, the team works toward qualifying riders for Regionals, Zone Finals, and National Finals competition.

Recent Successes

Elon Club Equestrian continues to compete throughout the IHSA season, representing Elon at regional shows during both the fall and spring. Recently working to join a new barn with hopes of growing the club.

Dues

Dues are $1,200 per semester for riding cost, though costs may vary depending on competition schedules and participation.

Practices and Shows

Members participate in weekly riding lessons and one weekly hack session. The club competes in IHSA shows throughout both the fall and spring semesters, traveling to competitions across the region.
