Grant Description
The Inclusive Teaching Transformation Grants program supports small teams of 3 to 5 members of faculty and staff to develop year-long projects focused on transforming an aspect of teaching and learning to impact departmental, programmatic, and/or institutional outcomes. Some examples of how Inclusive Teaching Transformation Grants may be used include:
- Collecting and analyzing disaggregated student learning, experience, or success data at the departmental or program level to inform responsive strategies or interventions,
- Developing inclusive teaching content for multi-section courses or programs,
- Partnering with departmental or program colleagues to enhance awareness and implementation of inclusive and evidence-based pedagogies across the curriculum.
Each team receives $1000 to use for project expenses, and each faculty team member receives a $500 stipend. CATL faculty are available to consult with grant applicants developing proposals and with grantees on their projects.
