Meeting, activity and event facilities that were reconfigured for instructional spaces last academic year are restored to their original purposes and may be reserved via the systems of the Office of Event and Space Management.

Move-in and Orientation, Family Weekend, Homecoming, Commencements and other large events that draw groups to campus will be held with the health and safety of attendees as the top priority. Guidelines set by local and state officials determine attendance and seating configuration. Regardless of whether the events are held indoors or outdoors, we recognize that many attendees will want to choose to wear masks when physical distancing is not possible.
