ELON COLLEGE – A speech by Oscar Arias, the former president of Costa Rica and winner of the 1987 Nobel Peace Prize, scheduled for Feb. 23 has been postponed to April 6 at Elon College.
He now will speak at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6 in the Elon College Community Church.
