Columbine officer to speak Monday, March 17

Come hear an incredible speech addressing past hate crimes in this nation, and how to make this world a more accepting one. The lecture will be held TONIGHT in Yeager Recital Hall in The Model Center for the Arts at 7 p.m.

David Lewis, a deputy sheriff in Douglas County, Colo., was one of the first officers to respond to the April 1999 shooting at Columbine High School near Denver. He is a nationally recognized speaker about hate crimes.
