Elon students, staff and faculty who are not in the academic procession must have tickets and must show appropriate identification (i.e. Phoenix Cards) when entering Alumni Gym. Faculty and students who are robed for the academic procession do not need tickets.
Similar to previous convocations, book bags, signs and posters will not be permitted inside Koury Center.
Admission is by ticket only. Students may pick up tickets at the box office in Model Center between 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The box office will be open between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Members of the Class of 2003 may still elect to participate in the academic procession by responding to the letter they received from Provost Francis. Members of the Class of 2003 and President’s List and Dean’s List students who are participating in the procession DO NOT need tickets.
