Spanish honor society holds induction ceremony

On Monday, May 5, 33 students were accepted into the National Spanish Honor Society, Sigma Delta Pi. Each of these students has met the following criteria:

  • GPA in the top 35% of their class
  • GPA of at least 3.0 in Spanish courses
  • Completion, by semester’s end, of at least 2 courses beyond SPN 310 at Elon
  • Completion of at least 3 semesters of college work
  • Demonstration of genuine interest in and support of Hispanic culture
  • Evidence of good moral character.
