Christopher Grundy, an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, will perform songs from his newest CD, “Come to the Feast,” at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 18, in Whitley Auditorium on the Elon University campus.
Grundy ignores the boundary between folk, acoustic and religious music and instead offers a mixture of sacred and secular songs. “Come to the Feast” is the fourth CD of Grundy’s career, which began in 1992 with the release of “Lifted Into Dancing.” His other CD’s include “In This Life” and “Here in Providence.”
Sponsored by the Chaplain’s Office, the concert is free and open to the public.
