You & 9 other Elon folks will be heading to the beautiful Appalachain Mountains in western NC to serve & learn at 2 eco-villages–communitites focused on sustainable living. Renewable energies, sustainable agriculture, and alternative construction are a few things that we will be learning about and taking part in as volunteers. This is a great opportunity to develop friendships, learn about efficient lifestyles, reflect upon your own lifestyle and possibly find ways to implement new knowledge into your daily life.
