The Southeast Regional Annual Programming Contest sponsored by the Association for Computing Machinery was held at Duke University on Nov. 8. The Elon programming team of Ryan Barnard, Matt Lane and Mike Richards with faculty advisor Joel Hollingsworth finished in the top 20 percent of the 161 competing teams. Elon beat teams from schools such as: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, William and Mary, University of Maryland, Virgina Tech, Villanova and the United States Naval Academy.
