Make a New Year’s resolution to get fit

Campus Recreation wants to help you start and keep your New Year’s resolution!

Join Campus Recreation for a Women & Weights Program every Tuesday and Thursday from noon-12:50 p.m.

An information session will be held on Tuesday, January 6 & Wednesday, January 7 from noon-12:30 p.m. in Koury Center.

The Women & Weights program is $30 and includes all classes, resist-a-band, and workout towel.
