Art faculty member to discuss “sexing-up” of mass media, Jan. 15

Noah Rosenblatt-Farrell, adjunct assistant professor of art, will discuss contemporary mass media and the culture of information that has emerged since the September 11 terrorist attacks during a presentation at 6 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15 in Yeager Recital Hall, located in the Center for the Arts on campus. His presentation, which is free and open to the public, is part of the Art History at Elon speaker series.

Rosenblatt-Farrell also works as an intellectual property consultant. He argues that the culture of information born since September 11 marks the beginning of a new social movement in the U.S.
