Sweet Signatures, Elon’s female a cappella group, was awarded first place in the quarterfinal round of ICCA. The national competition included 6 groups from the southern region of the US. Sweet Signatures received an outstanding response to their performance, which included “Boys of Summer”, “Son of a Preacher Man”, and “Sweet Child of Mine”. In addition to first place overall, Christine Piche was awarded best soloist. The group will advance to semi-finals, which will be held at Clemson University on February 28th.
