Sandra Varry, adjunct professor of photography, has had her work honored with publication in the fourth edition of Exploring Color Photography: From the Darkroom to the Digital Studio, by Robert Hirsch (McGraw-Hill, 2005). Varry’s chromogenic color print “hand canceled” (2002) is reproduced in full color on page 76. The book also features such luminaries as David Hockney, Andres Serrano, and Cindy Sherman.
