Senior Davis to attend Beta Gamma Sigma leadership conference

Elon senior Adam Davis will be among representatives from many of the top business schools in the United States who will soon be headed to San Antonio for a special conference on leadership to be held November 4-7.

Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, is sponsoring a student leadership forum which guides participants as they explore their personal leadership styles. Participants will work with other student leaders, engage in a variety of interactive settings, and attend informational lectures and presentations. This will be the fifth Student Leadership Forum hosted by Beta Gamma Sigma.

Previous Leadership Forums have received high acclaim from attendees, including Holli Schlesinger from Illinois State University, who described the four-day forum as “the best and most beneficial conference I ever attended.”

Other students, such as Catherine Strickland of the University of Arizona, explained how “the forum provided an excellent experience to meet and grow with a similar group of students who share the work ethic and leadership qualities that I do. I truly appreciate the growth and learning that were a part of the forum.”

Attendees of the Student Leadership Forum have been chosen to represent their respective Beta Gamma Sigma student chapters. Beta Gamma Sigma chapters are located at 417 college and university campuses and recognize the academic achievements of the world’s best business students.
