Elon sophomore Chris Hendricks needs your help to spread his message of inspiration and hope! Chris hopes to appear on a future episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show to talk about how he overcame the obstacles posed by cerebral palsy.
Chris walked unaided, without any crutches or supports, for the first time during the Make-A-Wish concert on campus April 20. Now, he hopes to organize a tour to visit U.S. high schools to discuss his effort to overcome cerebral palsy, then appear on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
