Kirstin Ringelberg’s biographical essays on Abstract Expressionist painter Joan Mitchell and artist and art dealer Betty Parsons have just been published as part of Notable American Women, vol 5: Completing the Twentieth Century, by Harvard University and Belknap Presses. The volume completes the full reference set of American women’s histories that is used by every major academic library in the country.
