Teresa Conner-Kerr, associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy Education, has received an invitation to serve on the symposium planning committee for the 19th Annual Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC) and Medical Research Forum. SAWC is the premier wound care meeting in the US and brings together a multidisciplinary group of health care professionals. SAWC is the official meeting of the Association for Advanced Wound Care, for which Conner-Kerr is serving a second term as secretary and as communications chair and editor of the association newsletter.
