A paper by David Noer, Frank S. Holt Jr. Professor of Business Leadership, has been accepted for publication in the fall 2005 edition of the Journal of Business and Leadership. The paper is titled “Using outdoor experiential training to stimulate emotional intelligence competencies and group leadership skills among undergraduate students.”
