David Crowe, professor of history, recently delivered a paper on “The Roma in Post -Communist Eastern Europe: Questions of Ethnic Conflict and Ethnic Peace” at the VII World Congress of the International Council for Central and East European Studies” at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He also attended meetings for the Editorial Boards he serves on, Nationalities Papers and Ethno-Politics.
