Students Present at Annual Association for Humanist Sociology Meeting

Colleen Clark and Cortney Honeycutt, two senior sociology majors, presented a paper and documentary entitled “To State the Obvious, We’re All In This Together: the Global Impact of HIV/AIDS” regarding the need for social unity in the fight against HIV/AIDS at the 30th annual meeting for the Association for Humanist Sociology in Tampa, Fla. Colleen and Cortney were mentored in their presentation by Dr. Tom Arcaro, a professor of sociology and director of Project Pericles.
