Brian Digre, professor of history and international studies major coordinator, presented a paper “CODEO: The Role of Domestic Election Observers in Ghana’s 2004 Elections” at the 2005 Annual Meeting of the African Studies Association in Washington, DC, Nov. 17-20.
Digre also reviewed “A Sacred Trust: The League of Nations and Africa, 1929-1946,” by Michael Callahan, for the current edition of The International Journal of African Historical Studies 38,2 (2005).
