Elon University Executive Education announces “Fundamentals of Project Management” — a three-day, instructor-led training class designed to introduce participants to the basics of the project management discipline. The class will be held on May 23 – 25, 2006 at the Moseley Center on the Elon University campus.

“Fundamentals of Project Management” combines introductory lecture and discussion with hands-on application of useful project management principles, tools and techniques through applied case study exercises. The course covers the basics of all project management life-cycle processes, including: project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closing. This course is part of “The Project Leadership Series,” and will benefit project managers, team members, functional managers and other key stakeholders in any industry.

“The Project Leadership Series” is offered by Elon University Executive Education in collaboration with Tanden LLC, a premier project management consulting and education firm headquartered in Raleigh, N.C.
