Elon news now available via RSS feeds

News and information from Elon's Web site is now available via RSS feeds... a growing electronic information service on the Internet. Read this note for details....

Savvy technology users now subscribe to RSS feeds to scan multiple Web sites for content that interests them. By subscribing to a feed, you get automatic updates when new content is posted on a Web site. Several technology tools allow users to subscribe to multiple feeds, then collect that information into a single Web page or RSS aggregator.

University Relations Web programmer Alex Lindgren and Web Site Manager David Morton have created RSS feeds for a variety of Elon information. You can subscribe to the following:

  • E-Net Headlines
  • Phoenix Athletics News
  • E-Net Student Center
  • E-Net Community News
  • E-Net Faculty/Staff News
  • E-Net Want Ads
  • Academic Department News (custom feed for each department)
  • Imagining the Internet Voices of the People

To subscribe to the feeds, or get more information on how to use them, visit the RSS Feeds link on the left-hand column of the E-net home page. Or click on the link below:
