We regret to inform you the death of Dr. Howard R. Higgs, retired associate professor of Human Services and Psychology. Dr. Higgs passed away July 5, 2006.
The family will receive friends at Rich and Thompson Funeral Home in Graham from 6-8 p.m., Friday, July 7. A funeral service will be conducted at Bethany Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 8. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park.
