Blank was joined by several head coaches, Elon cheerleaders and two members of the Phoenix Phanatics student group. They handed out T-shirts and reminded Parents Council members to wear their maroon on game days. They also led Parents Council members in a new cheer developed by the Phoenix Phanatics.
Blank introduced head women’s basketball coach Brenda Paul, head men’s football coach Pete Lembo, head men’s basketball coach Ernie Nestor, head men’s baseball coach Mike Kennedy and head men’s soccer coach Darren Powell to the group.
